Where to Go for Breakfast in Niseko

While many Niseko Central accommodation types come with full amenities and a sizeable kitchen so you can stay like a local and shop at the supermarket and make your own breakfast, we also recommend trying out the different breakfast options close to your accommodation, too! Here are some of our favourites.

Offering produce-inspired fine and casual dining, An Dining hosts a breakfast buffet every morning starting from 7am to 10am. The breakfast buffet consists of both traditional Japanese and western dishes. Have the delicious Hokkaido yoghurt and fresh fruits or try natto (fermented beans) over rice for the first time! Most people either hate it or love it!

Located in Hirafu's Odin Place, KOKO is an over the counter only bakery. Operating between November and April, KOKO is open from 7am to 4pm. Perfect for a morning stroll around Niseko while enjoying the view of Mt Yotei with a cup of coffee in hand. The muffins, croissants, tarts and quiches are all freshly baked every morning.

Same as KOKO, Musu is located at the second floor of Odin Place. It is an all day bistro serving breakfast from 7:30am to 11am. Have a hearty Egg Benedict or a healthy and refreshing bowl of coconut and mango set jelly with macerated fruit.

Serving from 8am, Graubunden serves up a variety of sandwiches made with their homemade bread that is baked daily. We recommend trying the original Graubunden which consists of scramble egg, bacon,cheese and tomatoes in a crunchy baguette. For more of a Hokkaido twist, try their seafood and garlic toast.
