Hidde: "Ikigai is a snowboard and ski film that will solely be filmed in the Niseko region. I chose this title as Ikigai is a word that stands for: "something one lives for'' in Japanese, which for me means, "a reason to get up in the morning". Our reason to get up in the morning is to be able to ride the best snow on the planet. Friendship, nature, our passion for snow and a fascination for the Japanese culture is what binds us."
