Kaz produces French food with rich tastes and subtle nuances using only quality meats from Hokkaido and around the world, and locally produced farm fresh vegetables. Le Cochon makes for the perfect romantic night out with your significant other.
Niseko Beer Brewery
Niseko town is welcoming a new beer brewery and restaurant, Niseko Beer Brewery. Owner Mitsujiro Kawaminami has experience brewing beer in Canada and uses this to his advantage to create distinctly local beer using Niseko’s water. The Brewery offers a variety of local beers and a selection of seasonal variations. Customers are even encouraged to try brewing themselves in the Brewery’s special workshops!
