We asked our Niseko Central staffers for their top selects on stays that feature glorious winter outlooks. Here's our top five:
#1 Take It All In at Nozomi Views 601
The name says it all really. Opening up to spectacular views of snow-capped Mt Yotei, Nozomi Views Penthouse 601 is heavenly luxurious and offers someof the best views of Niseko and the iconic Mt Yotei. Both from the bedroom and living spaces you can enjoy these stunning views. The 3-bedroom modern duplex features a spacious upstairs living and dining area, floor to ceiling windows so you can really soak-up that view, as well as a large balcony. The apartment is conveniently located just 150 metres from the Ace Family chair lift and is nearby some of Niseko-Hirafu's best food and drinks hot spots.
#2 A Tranquil Escape at Sekka Kan 2
Enjoy a little piece of winter paradise at award-winning Sekka Kan 2. Soak up the serenity with a beautiful forest views with powdery white snow set among the winter trees outside floor-to-ceiling windows. These modern luxury 4 bedroom apartments are located in the Hirafu village. Enjoy a private outdoor balcony with jet bath and a short walk to the ski lifts and village centre. It's not suprising that Sekka Kan has been awarded Japan's Best Ski Chalet three years running!
#3 Yama Shizen East 601
Recently winning Trip Advisor's 2017 Travelers' Choice Award, Yama Shizen has a number of rooms with a view. Some of the best views are enjoyed from Yama Shizen East 601 on the sixth floor. These sixth floor 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouses are in one of the most sought after locations in Hirafu, and it's easy to see why with breathtaking views of snow Mt Yotei in winter. They feature a large private balcony with fantastic views of Mt Yotei or choose a Mt Annupuri facing apartment for views of Grand Hirafu and gorgeous night skiing.
Located just 300 metres from the Grand Hirafu Gondola, Yama Shizen is a great base for your stay in Niseko with photo-worthy views.
#4 A Winter Wonderland at Mori O
If you're after glorious winter views; some peace and quiet; and a real sense of escape, why not plan your stay at Mori O. Located on the outskirts of Hirafu village, this hidden oasis provides an idyllic, private escape while still be conveniently close to all the action in Hirafu.
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has expansive views of Mt Yotei and winter forest from the living area and bedrooms. A covered carport provides a sheltered entrance and convenient parking area. It's quiet location and outside space makes it an ideal accommodation where kids can play outside.
#5 Youtei Tracks 502
Youtei Tracks features a number of rooms with fabulous views because of it's central and upper village location in Hirafu, making this location very sought after. One of our favourite views is within Youtei Track 502 Penthouse where you can take advantage of vast windows allowing for stunning views of iconic Mt Yotei.
