    Terms for BBQ Equipment Rentals

    • Bookings can be made till the day prior to booking date.
    • Cancellations can be made without charge till on the day prior to the booking date.
    • Cancellation on the day prior to booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (including cancellations due to inclement weather).
    • Our BBQ Canopy can cover light rain but not is not a shelter from heavy rain.
    • BBQ grill does not include a hot plate (wire grill only).
    • Please do not use the chopsticks of the accommodation. (They will be damaged by the heat. Please bring your own disposable chopsticks.)
    • Modifications to bookings after 5pm the day prior to booking date will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation fee applied.
    • The number of items are limited (especially BBQ Canopies). Please book it in advance to avoid disappointment.

    Terms for BBQ Food Packs

    • BBQ Food Packs will be delivered to your accommodation between 3pm to 5pm on the booking day.
    • The list of all above is for 1 person. Minimum order of 2 packs required.
    • Bookings must be received at least 4 days in advance (before 5pm).
    • Cancellations can be made without charge till 2pm on the 4 days prior to the booking date.
    • Cancellation/modification after 2pm on the 4 days prior to the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (including cancellations due to inclement weather)..
    • Reservations for food Packs are accepted only from July to September.
