    Babysitting Service

    In-accommodation babysitting is great for kids who wants a break from skiing or when parents want to head out to explore the Niseko-Hirafu resort nightlife.

    Niseko Kids Club also have infant/toddler specialist staff to look after children age 0-3 years. All babysitters are CPR/first aid certified, insured, and have a minimum of 2 years professional experience.

    The babysitter will come prepared with activities to keep your child entertained or take them outside to play in the snow when the weather permits.

    Day Care

    Niseko Kids Club is an International Day Care centre located in Hanazono 308 with multilingual speaking staff and qualified Early Childhood Educators with up-to-date first aid & CPR certifications dedicated to delivering exceptional childcare services and convenience for families visiting Niseko.

    A healthy lunch is included for full day and morning childcare, as well as a healthy mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack.

    Rules:
    Nanny/Parents are not allowed inside the Kids Club as it makes other children stressed out or nervous.

  • Terms
    • Bookings can only be accepted more than 72 hours in advance.
    • Bookings can only be accepted from Niseko Central Guests.
    • Payment for any Guest Service is due 7 days prior to Check-In. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any service we have not received payment for by this due date.
    • Cancellations charges are as follows: Cancellations within 72 hours to the start time will incur a 100% cancellation. Cancellations made between 14 days to 72 hours incur a 20% fee.
    • Any change to a booking that lessens the value of the booking is considered a cancellation.
    • Modifications made to the start time/date can be made without charge 48 hours or more prior to the start time for Niseko Babysitters In-accommodation service. Modifications made 24 hours of less prior to the start time will be charged from the original start time.
    • Bookings are subject to the Niseko Central terms and conditions.
    • Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to [email protected].
