    • Collect your rentals from YamaSport anytime after 3:00pm, the day before your rental start date
    • Return your rentals before 10:00am on the day after the rental ends
    • Free swaps between ski and snowboard equipment and models of the same range (Standard or Premium)
    • Free equipment delivery and pick up service available for Niseko Central guests
    • Drop off to Landmark View store for fitout available (advanced booking required)

    • Bookings can be accepted up to 48 hours before rental start date.
    • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the start date of the rental will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations/reductions made less than 72 hours prior to the start date of the rental will not receive a refund, but will receive a store credit valid for the current season for rental or retail products of equivalent value.
    • For bookings within 48 hours please call on 0136 233503.
    • Bookings can only be accepted from Niseko Central Guests.
    • Child prices are applicable for those aged 15 years and younger.
    • Payment for any Guest Service is due 7 days prior to Check-In. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any service we have not received payment for by this due date.
